
Reverend Donna De Voe Baker serves as the District Consultant and co-laborer of The Southwest Georgia Annual Conference Eastern District alongside her husband, Presiding Elder Joseph E. Baker, while leading Talent Management & Succession Planning for Synovus Bank. They have two sons, Joseph E. Baker, II and Joshua S. Baker.
In addition to District Consultant, she serves as the Southwest Georgia Annual Conference President of the Women in Ministry, Vice-President of the Ministers Spouses Widows & Widowers Organization plus PKs, Chair of Deeds and Abstracts and Leader of “Handling Money God’s Way” for the Sixth Episcopal District where she teaches God’s people to “Say Yes to No Debt.”
Reverend Donna loves to preach and teach the Word of God. With lessons learned from over 30 years of leading people to include a 19 year banking career, over 10 years in Human Resources and over 21 years of preaching ministry, she seeks God’s wisdom to take the complicated and simplify it for the up building of the Kingdom from finances to talent management.

PureFaith Ministries, Inc. (est. 1999) focuses on women’s and couples ministry outside of the walls of the church.
De Voe Baker & Associates, LLC (est. 2012) leads small business, churches and non-profits through succession planning, leadership development and board development. Reverend Donna is a certified leadership and executive coach who is also certified in DISC, HOGAN and Lean Six Sigma as a Green Belt.
Traveling Intentionally (est. 2022) is her travel agency where she provides travel support for those seeking everything from basic car and hotel rental to group travel for cruises, national and international travel. In addition to being an independent travel agent, Reverend Donna in an independent marketing representative with PlanNet Marketing where she offers people the opportunity to experience time and financial freedom through entrepreneurship.

A life-long learner, she is a product of the Barnwell County School System, and a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, double majoring in Finance and Business Economics. Recognizing the importance of education in her ministry and her corporate life, she continued her studies at the M. Christopher White School of Divinity and the Gardner-Webb School of Business, earning her Master of Divinity (MDiv) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) plus in Human Resources.
